Andrew Gaspar
CEO

Hey! I’m Andrew, the founder and Director of Segura Shield. I found a love for security and protecting people at a very young age. I have a Diploma in Police Foundations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Policing where I studied Cybercrime, Leadership, Mediation and Dispute Resolution amongst a number of other related courses. I serve in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Infantryman and will continue to serve as a Reservist! I have worked in just about every field of security ranging from Concierge to Armed Protection. I am very excited to show you what our team has to offer, even more excited to build a lasting business relationship. I look forward to working with you in advance!

Austyn Gaspar

Hey there! I am the Chief Financial Officer of Segura Shield. I have graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Telfer School of Management, within the University of Ottawa. My specialization was in Finance, where we learned how to properly valuate businesses, manage stocks / options, basic accounting principles for both individuals and corporations, and how to strategically conduct business both domestically and internationally. I have a background in both the private, and public financial sectors; I have worked for the Canada Border Services Agency as a Financial Officer, communicating with both importers and Border Security, managing all charges that are laid at any of the borders across Canada. I also have previous experience selling mutual funds, insurance, and consolidating debt while teaching basic financial principles to families. I am currently obtaining my CPA and my Canadian Securities License, and have been previously licensed through the Financial Services Commissions of Ontario (FSCO) and the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC). I am excited to use my skills and experience to ensure a flawless business relationship!
